OUR BELIEFS

GOD

We believe there is One God, eternally existing within the Trinity as three: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is all-powerful, all-knowing, ever-present, never changes, and is a loving Father who wants a relationship with his children.

JESUS

Jesus Christ is the second member of the Trinity, who lived a sinless life on earth as truly God and truly human. He paid for our sin by dying on the cross as our substitute. He resurrected from death to demonstrate his power over sin and ascended into heaven.

HOLY SPIRIT

As the third member of the Trinity, the Holy Spirit was sent after Jesus rose from the dead to empower the Church. The Holy Spirit assures us of our relationship with God, guides us into truth, comforts us, and gives spiritual gifts.

BIBLE

We accept the Bible as the inspired Word of God. It was written by men under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, is the truthful authority for Christian living, and is without error. It is the basis for all we believe and is relevant to our everyday life.

SALVATION

We believe every person is created in the image of God to have relationship with Him, but became separated from God through sinful disobedience. We believe the sacrifice and death of Jesus Christ is the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. God freely offers salvation to anyone who places their faith in Jesus Christ.

CHURCH

The Church is the global and universal body of Christians — from different races, cultures, and backgrounds — unified through faith in Jesus Christ. The Church is committed to sharing and teaching the message of Jesus so that everyone may know God in a personal way. It serves as a community for encouraging spiritual growth and Christian living.
